RaInY WeD.

As I was gathering up materials for our morning work I looked out into the living room and saw this. Books everywhere. I love that these kids love to read. I figured that there wasn't anything I could plan that would be better than a morning of reading. So I decided the work could wait and we could just read for awhile.

BIG READING TO LITTLE....

THEN SOME POTATO HEAD FUN BEFORE NAPS...I KNOW NOT VERY SANITARY...I OWN LYSOL AND CLOROX FOR CLEANING TOYS!!

Now that's SERVICE!!

You can't get this kind of service just any place!! Finley and Paxton wanted their hair done after their nap. Paxtons was actually just an accident, the braid wasn't straight so I just made it into a crown!! To bad I only have boys in the house and I didn't have a bobby pin to fasten it correctly at the end.

A rainy Wed.

Lots and lots of book reading today. The kids would sit for a long time by the bookshelf just looking at books.

Cheryl we had breaking news with Jackson today. The first thing was he played "dress-up" with Tyse for the 1st time (here are pirates with a mean face). The second thing was that he accepted a "tatoo" for being a good picker-uper. HA!! For those of you who don't know Jackson, he is just very serious (complete opposite of Tyse) there isnt much monkey business that goes on with this little fella. Hopefully these 2 are friend for a very long time-I think Jackson could keep Tyse out of alot of trouble later on in life.

HaPpY HaLlOwEeN and misc....

What a beautiful halloween day....We had a fun day of passing out treat bags, a little homework, playing at the park and homemade halloween cookies (you know jamie, the kids are going to expect decorated cookies on every holiday). On the way home from the park we found piles of leaves to walk through so that was great fun--who knew we'd be blessed with a few more nice days b4 winter.

After passing out halloween bags, everyone was ready to open them....we (I) decided that taking them home and getting sugared up was a much better idea, they got to pick out 1 piece of candy from stash b4 story time.

.... candy and story time....

I have tons of breakfast, lunch and snack pictures. These kiddos love to eat and will usually eat about anything I put in front of them. The conversations they have never ceases to amaze me....they truely enjoy their lunch hour-just chatting and eating away. It does make me a little sad that when they get in school they have about 30 sec. to chat and about 3 minutes to eat.

One cold morning last week I sat with the girls for almost an hour at the table doing just this....stickers, paper, cutting....

Dress up....still a fav. and what will get us through the cold winter days. If you ever see cheap dress up clothes grab them....I'll pay you back. Some of ours are getting pretty used.

One last pict. got to pick out a tatoo for good picker-uprs
